Greek life has benefited my professional development in countless ways. While I held many leadership positions throughout high school I found myself growing in many areas through my involvement in my sorority. I have seen myself grow as a team player. Working with women of all different skills, backgrounds, and leadership styles, has allowed me to develop better leadership skills of my own by understanding the best ways to work with others. I also have learned more effective communication skills and the ability to adapt in the moment to situations as they arise. Overall, I have watched my confidence flourish and I have become more comfortable in my own skin through the love and support of my sisters!!​ I cannot wait to apply these skills to my career and show other women how love and empowerment can change your life.
