The bucks in the Warriors were fighting all night to see who could come out with the win. Unfortunately for the Bucks, there was one point short in the loss to the Golden State Warriors with the final score being 122-121. Kelly Oubre Jr. from the Warriors converted a pair of three free throws with seven seconds left to give Golden State the lead in the Bucs were not able to pull off the buzzer-beater win. with Giannis being out, the Bucks struggled on the offensive side even though putting up 121 points wasn’t enough. Stephen Curry quotes “we all knew how much this was needed and you want to maintain that joy and energy and hopefully come Friday, Saturday put together two really good performances and give yourself a chance to win and sustain that” (ESPN). Khris Middleton along with Jrue holiday put up 58 points together. This was Giannis his second game sitting out due to a little pain in his left knee. after warmups, his knee was hurting him a little bit so he made the decision to not play in tonight’s game. Warriors head coach Steve Kerr was pleased to see how the team responded after a very tough week on the Golden State Warriors schedule. Bucs travel to Dallas to take on The Mavericks at 8:00 o’clock tonight. hopefully honest will return but we don’t know. Mavs star Luka Doncic, he’s hoping to bring home a home game win against the Milwaukee Bucks.
Tyler Janaes says:
The Bucks have been playing so well but sadly they couldn’t pull this one off without Giannis. Giannis not being in the lineup hurt them a lot since Giannis is the focal point of this team and the offense. But Jrue and Middleton dropping 58 points together showed they can put up a lot of points without Giannis. Overall if the Bucks can get Giannis back on the court they’ll have a solid chance to win every game.
Aaron Xiong says:
The Bucks played well but couldn’t close out this game. Steph Curry makes it look so easy in the comeback that they had against the Bucks. Arguably the greatest point guard we’ve ever seen in the NBA, there shouldn’t never be doubt against Curry. Bucks should look to fix things up before the playoffs.
