Healthy Makes Happy

Hello and welcome to my blog about living a healthy lifestyle! I decided to write my blog about living a healthy lifestyle because, in the Fall of 2018, I made the decision to change my lifestyle to a healthier one. This change not only changed my physical health, but it also improved my mental health, confidence, and overall the control I have over my life. The more effort I have put into myself the happier I have become!  I want to write this blog so that people will have the opportunity to see my journey and have some of the tips I have to get yourself to where you want to be. This is something I am very passionate about, and that I want to share because it is something that really has changed my life. When I gained the confidence in myself to start working out, taking time for myself, and eating healthy, I was able to lose weight. Losing weight was always something I had wanted to do and achieving my goal and more is something that I am incredibly proud of. It was more than just losing the weight though, I also have started to feel much better with fewer stomach problems and just the feeling of being happier overall. Follow along with my weekly blog posts which will include healthy recipes, tips to living healthier, stress relief tips, workouts, and more!  I am so excited you guys are here to learn about my journey and to see easy ways to improve your life!

    Love that you included mental health in your journey! As someone who used to be overweight and struggle with being caught in that mindset, it is so encouraging to see that mental health and wellness is just as much a player in your health journey as taking care of your physical body.     It would be really cool to read some sort of story about ” the average day in the life of Morgan” talking about how you stay fit during the unique challenges of living in Whitewater, like which gym you like best or where you go for a healthy snack.

    I am really excited to follow this blog especially when you mentioned that you saw a decrease in stomach problems. I have a lot of stomach problems myself and have been wanting to figure out a way to fix it. I cannot wait to read about your journey and the tips you will provide.
