Getting to Know: Online Store

What would a business be if you could not have the ability to order online these days? TCM learned this quickly once the pandemic hit that they needed to have a website up and running in order to stay in business. TCM works with Shopify in running their online store. When the pandemic struck, they were quick in uploading products for sale, and being able to ship them out to customers. Al of our products sold online, are still hand poured in the store. You can order any of our products, from premade candles, to customized sprays or candles. If you want to place a custom order online, you simply follow close to the same process as if you were to do it in the store. You pick out what car or vessel you wish to pour into, and then select your scents from any of our 90+ scents. Once you have selected your three scents, you can give us proportions that you want. This can be 25% of two and 50% of the third, or any proportion you dream of. An employee will then pour your concoction for you in the store, and then the candle will be shipped off to you!

Something else to note about TCM’s online store, is that they offer free shipping! If you do not live locally, but still want to purchase from them, ordering and shipping online is made easy for you. In exchange for the free shipping, they do not offer buy three get one free like they do in store.
