Silicone Utensil Rest by Tomorrow’s Kitchen

This week’s find is something I think could be useful for those who like to cook or who know someone who likes to cook. I am no chef. My cooking skills go about as far as making pasta with homemade sauce. But even then, something like this would be very useful for me. At my house, we do have one tray for a spoon or whatever utensil. But, if you are cooking multiple things at once and using different utensils, this would definitely come in handy.

The Silicone Utensil Rest by Tomorrow’s kitchen is a tool that has multiple slots to put your utensils in. You will no longer have to put your utensils on the counter or on the dirty box the food came in with this product. Because the tool is silicone, it also makes it really easy and simple to clean.

I found this on Bed, Bath, & Beyond’s website for $9.99. I think that is a great deal because some spoon trays are $5+ and cannot hold more than 1-2 utensils. I will link the item here if you’re interested in purchasing it!

Hello everyone! I hope you had a great week. This week find is for the makeup lovers out there. I know how frustrating it can be to clean off our brushes because it is such a hassle and feels like a chore.

Now I am not saying this product will clean your brushes entirely. You still need to wash them eventually. But, if you have only a few brushes and need to use a brush again for a different color, this product is perfect for you. Honestly, it could even be used after you do your makeup so that the cleaning process further down the line is not difficult or as much of a hassle.

There are a few variants of this product but the one I am showing you today is the J.Cat Beauty Dry Makeup Brush Cleaner. You can find this on Ulta’s website and it retails for 5.99. I am definitely going to purchase this product myself and try it out because the price is nice and the reviews are great.

Reusable Food Storage Bags

This week’s find comes in a variety of different shapes and colors and sizes. It is not a specific product I am linking today, but a couple different options!

I absolutely love this idea because it is way better for the environment than using Ziploc bags. There are even some out there that can transform into containers that you can microwave! I feel like these bags can be used by anybody.

I can think of many different uses for these bags. Whether it be taking snacks on the go, storing fruits and vegetables, or leftovers. Another benefit would be saving space in the fridge. A thin bag would take up a lot less space than Tupperware bowls.

Rocketbook Smart Notebook

This week I am going outside of the realm of “Kitchen Finds” and introducing a new find that is perfect for students and even in the work field if you need to write stuff down.

I got my boyfriend this notebook for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. So if it’s not something you would be interested in, it also makes for a great gift.

The Rocketbook Smart Notebook is a unique notebook. You write on it with a special pen (included with purchase) and there is a QR code at the bottom of the page. Download the Rocketbook app, scan and send your page into the cloud. You now have a digital copy of your page of notes or whatever you decided to write on it. The Rocketbook has reusable pages. All you have to do is use water (any temperature) and wipe the page off (after you have scanned it of course) with the cloth that comes with the notebook. You get to save paper and also save money because you only have to buy the notebook one time and reuse it many times!

The Notebook retails anywhere from $25-$37 so it is a bit of an investment, but I think it is a very useful one.
