Beginning with the basics of layout, alt text, descriptive text, and the Canvas Accessibility Checker, the workshop will conclude with an optional open lab, allowing participants to work on their courses with LTC/LEARN experts.

Session Outcomes

After completing this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Utilize the Canvas Accessibility Checker effectively to identify and resolve common accessibility issues within course content.
• Integrate accessibility considerations into their regular course development workflow to proactively address potential barriers.
