Join guest speaker Dr. Ludmila Praslova for “The Power of Diverse Minds: Rethinking Inclusion,” a free, open to the public campus event exploring neurodiversity, systemic inclusion, and how we can create environments where everyone can learn and work with dignity.

Awareness of neurodiversity is growing, but many systems in higher education and the workplace still treat inclusion as an add-on. Dr. Praslova will discuss:
- What neurodiversity and neuroinclusion look like in practice
- How traditional structures can unintentionally exclude neurodivergent students and colleagues
- Strategies for designing courses, policies, and workplaces that center belonging, dignity, and accessibility
This session will be relevant for instructors, instructional staff, advisors, student-facing staff, students preparing for leadership roles, and community partners.
