Many people who suffer with depression, anxiety, or stress keep a journal to understand their thoughts. Journaling is a very healthy way to clear your mind up. You are adding your deepest thoughts into a book to keep them secret safe.
When I journal I may not write for months and then come back to it to write more. Journaling is a way for me to express my emotions and get creative with writing my thoughts.
