I have been actively attempting to enroll in this course since November 3rd. The delay was not the result of inaction or negligence on my part, but rather due to the approval process and timing of responses from my home institution, the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater (UWW). I received confirmation only last night, after consistent follow-up over the past two months.

Given these circumstances, I find it difficult to understand why I am being penalized for delays that were entirely institutional and beyond my control. I have complied with all requirements, maintained a strong academic record, and acted in good faith throughout this process.

I am requesting consideration for an exception or late add, as this course would be fully paid and completed in accordance with your academic standards. The purpose of an exception is precisely to address situations such as this, where rigid enforcement would unfairly disadvantage a student who has done everything correctly.

I am not requesting special treatment, only equitable consideration. I did not do anything wrong, and I respectfully ask that this be evaluated in light of the documented timeline and institutional responsibility.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

SG
