Cole is an RA on 10th floor of Wells East, and is a 6th semester RA. His major is Human Resource management.

Dream job: any job that allows me to directly work with people and help them in any way possible.

What I see myself doing in five years: Working within the HR field and helping people in the business world.

Why did you become an RA?: I wanted to help any and all people that needed it. I needed that help my first year at college and knowing what I know, I wanted to pass that along to other students to ensure that they strive for greatness during their time here at UW-Whitewater and enjoy it all!

What is your favorite thing about being an RA: My favorite thing about being an RA is meeting new people every year and learning from them. I believe that I can only learn so much from my own past and experiences that interacting with others who are not like me allows me to learn more and become a better-rounded person.

What else are you involved in?: I am an E-Board member for Jitters located in Wells Hall, as well as I am a part of the NRHH chapter here on campus.

Piece of advice for other RA’s: Be intentional with those people you interact with, they look up to you when they have their issues that need to be resolved.

Best story so far: I guess I cannot pick just one that is the best, they are all pretty good! Come and talk with me sometime and we can swap some stories!
