What I see myself doing in five years: working as a complex director at a university or anything in the student affairs field.

Why did you become an RA?: I became an RA so that I could have an impact on a number of students, as a role model.
What is your favorite thing about being an RA?: The relationships that are formed with the staff and residents.
What else are you involved in?: I am a tutor for CSD and a member of NRHH.
Piece of advice for other RA’s: Decorate the hall for holidays with your residence! It can count as a program, it is a great bonding experience for everyone and it is super fun.
Best story so far: the best thing that i have experienced so far as an RA was when one of my residents applied to be an RA and got the job. It was a really proud “mom moment” for me.
