From 2013 to 2016 I served as UW – Whitewater’s Faculty Sustainability Fellow. I worked with the university’s sustainability coordinator, Whitewater Student Government, and the Sustainability Council to make the campus more sustainable and to support sustainability research and teaching. In my role as Sustainability Fellow, I led a LEAP Team (Liberal Education and America’s Promise) that generated sustainability learning outcomes, an assessment tool, and the framework for a comprehensive campus sustainability plan. I also led, with Wes Enterline, UW-Whitewater’s STARS 2.0 assessment effort.
