Parker Olsen is a sophomore at UW-Whitewater, he is from Madison, WI. He is a journalism major with an emphasis in broadcast/web/print, and a minor in electronic media. Parker is the Men’s Sports Editor at UWW’s student newspaper, the Royal Purple. He also cohosts a UWW sports podcast, The Royal Lance, with Mikey Rottier.
Parker has received honors from the Milwaukee Press Club and the Wisconsin Newspaper Association for articles he has written for the Royal Purple. He has been incredibly fortunate to have interviewed Olympians as well as a handful of national champions.
