Recipe Makes 6 servings
From: Ramen Noodle Recipes Cook Book
Ingredients
1/3 cup vegetable oil and 2 extra tablespoons of vegetable oil, keep 2 quantities separate
¼ cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1 pound of raw shrimp, cleaned and devained
2 packages of chicken flavored Ramen Noodles
2 cups of vegetables such as broccoli, carrots and snow peas, cut into bit sized pieces
Directions
Step 1 Combine 1/3 cup of oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, honey, and ginger until it is well blended and then set it aside.
Step 2 Prepare Ramen Noodles according to the package directions for soup; drain and rinse noodles. Place in a large serving bowl.
Step 3 Stir –fry shrimp with 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-heat, stirring constantly, until the shrimp turns pink. Remove shrimp to the bowl with noodles.
Step 4 Stir-fry vegetables in the remaining oil in a large skillet over medium-heat, stirring constantly, until they are crisp/tender.
Step 5 Add vegetable mixture and dressing to the bowl with noodles: toss to coat well.
