This intermediate-level workshop invites educators and administrators to examine the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) technology and academic integrity, with a specific focus on detecting AI-generated text. Participants will receive practical, hands-on training in using the AI detection tools currently available on campus. Through direct engagement with these tools, attendees will critically evaluate their accuracy, limitations, and potential applications within academic environments. In addition, real-world scenarios and case studies will illustrate how AI detection tools can be effectively integrated into institutional policies and practices to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity.
