What To Expect at Automotion

Automotion is in 2 weekends. On Friday May 20 most people will be heading up to the Wisconsin Dells to start the celebration. That being said, the best time to try to arrive will be either Friday morning before everyone gets off work, or later Friday night when most people have checked into their hotels. If you have not booked your room yet, you should do so NOW! Rooms are booking fast, and the rates will increase depending on availability. 

If you want to get the best experience out of automotion, you will definitely want to have a hotel right on the main strip. The strip will be packed with cars bumper to bumper. Having a place front and center allows you to sit in the lawn and enjoy every car driving by. You can also walk to almost any restaurant nearby as the distance is relatively short.

One of the best places to visit is Grateful Shed. They always have their parking lot full of cars. They also have multiple food trucks inside to keep you full. They have a bar that can serve you any drink you want, and usually have live music as well. Please be responsible during this weekend, as many people take it as the perfect time to drink heavily. Be aware of your surroundings and don’t let you or your friends drive under the influence. Let’s make this the best Automotion yet!
