Greetings from your 2017 ACTIVE team! 

We are busy planning and preparing for our next meeting. We are currently looking for speakers as well as working on volunteer opportunities to help you get involved with the major.  We hope to see you at an upcoming meeting this semester!  We have an all new Executive Board in place and a new Advisor too!   Watch our website, Facebook, or Connect UWW page for information!

Hello all! We are very excited to meet new faces and reconnect with pervious members at our first official meeting next Wednesday. It will be held in room 183 in the Willam Center from 5-6pm. See you then!

Our next meeting will be on November 28th in Hyland Hall. Our meeting place has been moved to Hyland hall because we have partnered with AMA, one of the biggest student orgs on camps! We are super excited. Hope to see you there!

We started the meeting off our meeting with Olivia, Taylor, and Laura discussing their previous and upcoming internship experiences as well as how they managed to get them. Dr. Ednie then went on to discuss more about our internship program as well as all of the requirements  and the full process. Last, people paid dues, we took tshirt orders and discussed our next meeting time.

2nd meeting tonight at 4:00 in the William’s Center! Don’t forget your $20.00 dues and be ready to sign up for an ACTIVE tshirt!

ATTENTION: Athletics is looking for 2 volunteers THIS Friday, Oct. 23 to help at the volleyball invite from 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.  No prior training necessary. Contact Leah Harms at Harmsl@uww.edu if interested!
