\"Foster_the_People_-_Supermodel\"<\/a>Spinning right now as our current No.4 is the second studio album by Foster the People<\/strong>. \u00a0Their album, Supermodel<\/strong> brings everything that was there for their debut album Torches (2011), yet it goes even further. \u00a0Listeners will find the same neo-psychedelic pop vibes that could be heard in hit “Pumped Up Kicks,” but also hear a fresh new revamped sound. \u00a0Their album also happens to be a concept album where they attempt to tackle ideas about consumerism, pop culture and social issues. \u00a0The album focuses on how we as Americans are forced to compare ourselves to the “Supermodels.” \u00a0They challenge the listener to stop presenting themselves in a way that is fake which takes from the vibrancy of their unique and individual lives. \u00a0Tracks to focus on that are in rotation here at 91.7 The Edge are “Best Friend<\/a>,” “Coming of Age<\/a>,” and “Pseudologia Fantastica<\/a>.”<\/p>\n
