These things can range from shopping coupons, to mental health counseling, to academic tutors. Here are list of different things that can help you get by while you are a full-time student:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Student discounts: almost all, if not many, retailers have student discounts. All you need to do is ask if they have a student discount and show your student ID. This can qualify for streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu as well. <\/li><li>Counseling resources: As I mentioned in my Mental Health blog post, most college campuses offer their own FREE counseling services for Mental Health. Most campuses have their own FREE health centers as well, staffed with healthcare professionals. <\/li><li>Free meals provided from some local businesses: some local restaurants have a student discount, or student meal deal.<\/li><li>Grants &amp; Scholarships: Apply for scholarships, you never know what you are eligible for until you look! Also, some states (like Wisconsin) offer a higher education relief grant once or twice a year. <\/li><li>Technology perks: If you are a student, computer companies like Dell and Microsoft often cut costs for college students. Some phone providers such as Verizon and AT&amp;T give you monthly discounts on your payments. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I feel like a lot of people underestimate all that college students have to worry about. There is so much more than just academic worries, there are financial and health worries as well. Most college students are also just learning how to be on their own as well too, which is stressful.
