This recipe is easy to make, healthy and uses very little ingredients.\u00a0 Oh did I mention you just need a crock pot and it\u2019s a free fragrance for your home?<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 chicken breasts<\/li>\n<li>1 small onion chopped<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup of green chile salsa<\/li>\n<li>3 cloves of garlic<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of oregano<\/li>\n<li>1 carton of chicken broth<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper for the taste buds<\/li>\n<li>greek yogurt for serving if needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Place the chicken breast into the bowl of your crockpot and season with salt and pepper. Add all other ingredients besides beans.<\/li>\n<li>Stir all ingredients to combine together.<\/li>\n<li>Set on low for 6-8 hours OR high for 4-6 hours.<\/li>\n<li>Shred the chicken with a fork and add in the beans.<\/li>\n<li>Taste and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>And that\u2019s it ladies and gentlemen!\u00a0 An easy lunch or dinner for this fall season.\u00a0 A little tip from me is that I would put it together the morning of on high before you head to class for the day, by dinner time it is ready to go!\u00a0 Or put together the night before, keep it on low and it will be ready by lunch the next day. It is an easy, healthy, and convenient meal that you can\u2019t mess up!<\/p>\n<p>Happy Fall Yawl!<\/p>\n<p>I hope you learn. I hope you laugh. I hope you never stop.
