December has a handful of holidays with foods of its own. I know I personally tend to<br>overeat at family events because there is just so much amazing food. It is important to remind<br>yourself that it is okay to eat what you want when you want, especially during times like these.<br>Whatever you may eat on these special days, if you are worried about your health and fitness<br>journey, remember moderation is key. In today\u2019s blog we are going to talk about how to eat in<br>moderation and the benefits it can have for your health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-normal-font-size\"><br>Benefits of Eating in Moderation:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-normal-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>Helps to avoid excessive consumption<ul><li>As the title says, moderation is key. The most obvious part about this statement<br>is that it helps to avoid excessive consumption. I know when I eat I always feel<br>the need to keep eating until I am completely full. However, the feeling of being<br>full often is too much. It is important to listen to your body. When you feel content and<br>satisfied with your eating experience that is when you know you can stop<br>consuming. Your body knows what is a good amount of food. All you have to do<br>is listen to it! This will go hand in hand with weight loss.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-normal-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>Helps to avoid high cholesterol<ul><li>One of the great health benefits of eating in moderation is the power to avoid<br>high cholesterol. Of course cholesterol levels can be hereditary, but there are<br>ways you can improve it.
