I know from personal experience there are so many different movements<br>and exercises you can do that require no equipment. Even small gym equipment like dumbbells<br>and yoga mats can get pricey. That&#8217;s why I thought it would be helpful to write about five<br>different workouts you can complete right from your home that require zero equipment. Even if<br>you go to the gym, these workouts can be a great way to get you out of your gym rut and try<br>something new.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-purple-color has-text-color has-normal-font-size\">Five No-Equipment Workouts<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-normal-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>Abdominal Set<br>a. Abs are a great way to get your body moving without needing any equipment. My<br>favorite way to complete an ab workout is to set a timer for 5 minutes and do a<br>different exercise every 30 seconds on the clock. If you are unfamiliar with what<br>types of abs to do click <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coachmag.co.uk\/exercises\/abs-exercises\">here<\/a> for some great abdominal exercises. Otherwise,<br>click <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=AnYl6Nk9GOA\">here<\/a> to do a lead ab workout.<\/li><li>Full Body Hiit<br>a. Full body workouts are my personal favorite because they focus on almost every<br>part of your body. Hiit stands for high intensity interval training. Hiit is a great way to get your<br>heart rate up and sweat! There are so many resources online to get you started on great hiit<br>workouts. Otherwise, click <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ml6cT4AZdqI\">here<\/a> for a guided hiit workout.<\/li><li>Running Stairs<br>a. Running is always great for the body as it gets your heart rate up and uses<br>various muscles in your body. Walking up stairs is also an amazing form of<br>exercise because it focuses on those leg muscles. Put the two together and you<br>have yourself a fast and simple workout. You can find stairs in your own house or<br>your local park. Do a variation of running up and down the stairs for a quick<br>sweat.<\/li><li>Series of Leg Exercises<br>a. Although many would argue you need to use weights in order to get a sufficient<br>workout in, I would argue otherwise. Performing body weight exercises is an<br>amazing way to gain muscle without straining yourself. There are so many leg<br>specific exercises to do as well without any equipment needed. As stated above, you do not need gym equipment to do any workout. Arm<br>exercise can be done simply with body weight. You do not need an<br>expensive gym membership or fancy equipment to get in a great workout.
