It\u2019s that crazy time just after Thanksgiving break and just before Christmas break where there are deadlines after deadlines. It is really important to find a way to not get overwhelmed by school! Here are some tips that I found to be helpful when trying to be stress free!<!--more--><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><u>Meditation<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Meditation is a simple and effective way to loose some of that extra stress. One thing I <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/warhawkfitness\/files\/2018\/12\/pic-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1556 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/warhawkfitness\/files\/2018\/12\/pic-1-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"153\" height=\"89\" \/><\/a>like to do in particular is to go through guided meditations through YouTube. There are free ones on there and they all vary in length.<\/p>\n<p><u>2.\u00a0Group Fitness Classes<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Exercise! Our Group Fitness Classes in the Williams Center are a great and fun way<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/warhawkfitness\/files\/2018\/12\/pic-3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1557 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/warhawkfitness\/files\/2018\/12\/pic-3-300x230.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"122\" height=\"95\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/warhawkfitness\/files\/2018\/12\/pic-3-300x230.png 300w, https:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/warhawkfitness\/files\/2018\/12\/pic-3-391x300.png 391w, https:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/warhawkfitness\/files\/2018\/12\/pic-3.png 515w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 122px) 100vw, 122px\" \/><\/a> to to break up your day. We offer variety of classes such as Cycling, Core 360, PiYo and many more. If you are also looking for a calmer way to get rid of your stress our Group Fitness offers yoga and meditation. These classes are a great way to forget about your worries and to improve yourself through mind, body and spirit.<\/p>\n<p><u>3. Essential Oils and Candles<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Scents are a great way to help you relax. Having a diffuser or a candle lit in your room<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/warhawkfitness\/files\/2018\/12\/pic-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1558 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/warhawkfitness\/files\/2018\/12\/pic-2-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"142\" height=\"96\" \/><\/a> or just in your home can add a calming presence. A few scents that I recommend are a lavender, lemon and a peppermint scent.
