In this role, she will be using her video production skills to support the wide range of services and products available to instructors and students.\u00a0 She will also be focusing on assisting instructors with creating and managing their courses in Desire2Learn. Her official first day is January 2nd, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Erica is not new to ICIT. During the Spring 2012 semester she began working in the General Access Labs and then moved to the LTC during the Winterim 2012 semester. Erica will be graduating this month with a bachelor of arts degree in journalism, with a minor in integrated marketing communications. She\u00a0was also the student commencement speaker at graduation!
