Peter started Friday, November 9<sup>th<\/sup> as a Tier 2 Technical Support Technician. In this role he will provide daily AV support to campus, working with Sara Deschner on Instructional Facilities and coordinating with outside vendors. In addition to his AV responsibilities, he will provide direct T2 level support to the campus community for desktop hardware, network printers, mobile devices, software issues and other campus technologies.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Peter comes to us most recently from Zywave where he was the Team Lead providing software support for users. Prior to that he was a Best Buy Geek Squad Supervisor, responsible for Home Theater installations and consultations.
