Working with business units, technology staff and vendor representatives, the Document Management Analyst will guide efforts to expand ImageNow projects to create greater efficiencies and integration.\u00a0 This person will function as a Service Owner for document management, responsible for providing and maintaining high-quality service to users;\u00a0 identifying opportunities to redesign business processes related to document management; and developing scripts and code to customize functionality and enable integration to other campus systems.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0This individual will work closely with the ImageNow Governance Group, and will report to Mary Jo deMeza, Director, Computer Environment Group.<\/p>\n
