A pilot program for\u00a0the TSC Helpdesk Self-Service ticketing system is underway\u00a0for the next two weeks to get user feedback on the system prior to campus roll-out next month. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
With the Self-Service ticketing\u00a0system,\u00a0users\u00a0create their own tickets on the HPSM system when they have a technology request or want to report a technology issue.\u00a0 Users may submit tickets \u00a0for themselves, a colleague or a room.\u00a0 They also may check the status of each ticket online, whether it\u2019s submitted through the Self-Service or through the Helpdesk call center, e-mail or in-person.\u00a0<\/p>\n
