On behalf of the entire ICIT organization, we would like to wish Bryan the very best in his next opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bryan joined the ICIT team\u00a04.5\u00a0years ago, working in the Helpdesk area. Some of Bryan\u2019s proudest accomplishments include\u00a0providing excellent customer support, helping\u00a0to\u00a0migrate\u00a0the helpdesk from HPSM to Service Now and\u00a0helping transition the Helpdesk to all remote support during COVID and\u00a0then\u00a0re-opening to in person support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his new opportunity, Bryan will be working for\u00a0managed service provider\u00a0Access Systems in Des Moines,\u00a0IA\u00a0.\u00a0His role will focus on\u00a0Windows server management.
