We are excited to welcome a new member to the ICIT family, Margaret Knight! Margaret will be working on the AIS team as a Business Analyst. She is coming to us from Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin where she worked as a Senior Project Manager. Margaret has over 15 years in project management, business and practice development, business process analysis, consulting and assessments.<\/p>\n

She has specific experience driving projects, leveraging project methodologies, mentoring teams through project and change management, communications and building relationships throughout an organization.<\/p>\n

Her duties with ICIT will be analyzing and modeling processes flow, generating business cases, gathering and documenting general requirements and creating gap analysis. She will have a specific focus on the PeopleSoft 9.2 Upgrade, ImageNow, ClassClimate, and ICIT Dept Projects.<\/p>\n

Margaret and her husband Carl are proud parents to two daughters, Madeline (12) and Katharine (9).\u00a0 As a family they enjoy lake activities including fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. In her spare time, Margaret loves working on her garden and catching up on a good book.<\/p>\n
