First off, thank you for your participation in the Divisional Meeting.<\/p>\n

You may have noticed that many of the \u201cClicker\u201d questions focused – more or less – on communication. Elena and I discussed your feedback, and more importantly, how to resolve the disconnect that is sometimes taking place. In the coming weeks, we will be rolling out channels intended to not only help keep everyone better informed of what is going on within this organization, but also an avenue for you to provide feedback and ask questions about what is happening within the organization.<\/p>\n

How will that look? One likely scenario will be expanding the content on this blog by offering more posts about what we are all working on, and details about what goes into decision making processes. Big picture, the intent is to create a two-way avenue of communication that goes beyond this blog. Again, it is all still in the works, but as one presenter reminded us during the Divisional Meeting \u201cA journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.\u201d <\/i>Think of this blog post as the first step.<\/p>\n
