The incumbent will collaborate with developers, technical liaison, and other campus offices in the planning, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications. This person will also serve as the primary liaison for troubleshooting and resolving campus software and systems<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will possess the following traits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with Oracle\/PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, CRM, Perceptive \u2013 Imagenow, and 25 live<\/li>\n<li>Experience conducting requirements gathering, testing, fit-gap analysis, troubleshooting and other aspects of software lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system fundamentals.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively use project management tools<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communications and customer service skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This position will report to the director of AIS.
