This is a senior level position responsible for providing top-notch technological support and expertise. This position will oversee the operational support of classroom technology at UW-Whitewater, and will participate in all classroom remodeling and technology projects on campus<\/p>\n<p>The responsibilities of the AVCT Support Technician &#8211; Team Lead includes the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-style: normal; line-height: 24.375px;\">Providing senior level support for campus AVCT technology<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-style: normal; line-height: 24.375px;\">Managing AVCT inventory tracking and stock<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-style: normal; line-height: 24.375px;\">Supervising HPSM incident tickets<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-style: normal; line-height: 24.375px;\">\u00a0Consulting on campus technology upgrades<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-style: normal; line-height: 24.375px;\">Working with vendors<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This position will work as part of ICIT\u2019s AV team and will report to Ray Stanek.
