If not, we\u2019re here to guide you through adding this recipe to your yearly tradition!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">According to Sally\u2019s Baking Recipes, ingredients include:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All-Purpose Flour (2 cups)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baking Powder (2 teaspoons) and Baking Soda (1 teaspoon)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cinnamon (2 teaspoons) and Pumpkin Pie Spice (1 teaspoon)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pumpkin Puree (1 and \u00bc cups)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brown Sugar (\u2153 cup)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Egg (1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oil (3 tablespoons)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whole Milk (1 and \u00bd cups)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chocolate Chips (Optional, 1 cup)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Here are the steps to combining these ingredients:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Blend or whisk together 1 \u00bc cups of pumpkin puree, a dash of brown sugar, one egg, a dash of oil, and milk. Don\u2019t overmix, a few lumps is just fine!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preheat a pan to around 375\u00baF (190\u00baC). Avoid cooking the pancakes at high heat. This could burn your pancakes!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After your pan is heated, spread oil into the pan, then pour your batter. Make the pancakes as large or small as you like!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check for bubbles popping in your pancake and that the sides are set. These are great signs they\u2019re ready to flip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place pancakes on a plate and enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pierogi Casserole<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Match the orange outdoors with this warm and sunny Pierogi Casserole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The ingredients:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Extra virgin olive oil (2 tablespoons)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potato Pierogi (24 pierogi)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cheddar cheese soup (1 10.5 oz. can)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farmer\u2019s cheese or ricotta (15 oz.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spinach (1 5 oz. package)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Onion (\u00bd onion)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smoked kielbasa sausage (12 oz.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kosher salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scallions<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The steps:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat oven to 375 degrees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover bottom of dish with 12 pierogi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In medium bowl, mix soup and 3-quarters of cheddar, pour half of soup mixture over the pierogi, crumble half of farmer\u2019s cheese over pierogi, sprinkle half of spinach, half of onion, half of sausage, and season with salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeat for another layer of 12 pierogi, then top with remaining one-quarter of cheddar and season with salt and drizzle remaining 1 tablespoon of oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake casserole around 45 minutes or until heated through and bubbling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Broil around 3 minutes or until top is crispy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Top with scallions<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ginger-Cranberry Whiskey Sour (Alcoholic &#8211; Age 21+)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fall staples like ginger and cranberries, brought to you in a vitalizing sour mixture. Spruce up your fall with this Ginger-Cranberry Whiskey Sour recipe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lena Abraham\u2019s Delish Dish Kitchen recipe lists these ingredients:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Granulated Sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ginger<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bourbon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cranberry Juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orange (Optional)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don\u2019t feel like creating the Ginger Syrup yourself, you can use any ginger cocktail syrup, which means the recipe no longer requires granulated sugar or ginger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The steps to concoct:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"6\">\n<li>In a sealable container, combine granulated sugar and water. Grate ginger into the container.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover and shake the container until the sugar is dissolved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finely strain the mixture to be left with only liquid. Discard the solids.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a cocktail shaker, combine bourbon, your ginger syrup, and cranberry juice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill the shaker with ice and shake until the outside of the shaker is very frosty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour or strain into a rocks glass or coupe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garnish glass with orange peel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">UW-Whitewater Food Resources<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>University of Wisconsin-Whitewater students, if you\u2019re looking to create some of these recipes but are on a budget, our campus\u2019 Warhawk Pantry could be a great resource for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Warhawk Pantry is a free food &amp; toiletry resource located right on campus.
