Dip in your favorites such as veggie sticks and whole grain breads, crackers, pita chips, or garlic toast, spread on a sandwich, or add a dollop into your grain &amp; greens bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Serving Size: 2 tablespoons | Yield: 12 servings | Method: Puree<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>15\u00bd oz Garbanzo beans, canned (not drained or rinsed)<\/li><li>3 Tbsp Water<\/li><li>\u00be tsp Garlic, chopped<\/li><li>1 Tbsp Olive oil<\/li><li>1 Tbsp Lemon juice, fresh squeezed<\/li><li>\u00bd tsp Hungarian paprika<\/li><li>1\u00bd tsp Barbeque sauce<\/li><li>2 tsp Tabasco sauce<\/li><li>\u00bd tsp White vinegar<\/li><li>1\u20448 tsp Salt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Drain the liquid from the canned beans and rinse well.<\/li><li>Put the drained and rinsed chickpeas and remaining ingredients into a food processor. Puree until smooth and creamy.
