Everyone loves to save money, I know I sure do!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Traveling can be very expensive no matter the destination. You have to have money for: food, activities, hotels, transportation, souvenirs, and so on. Not everyone plans out a budget, which is totally fine but knowing how much money you are spending and on what will help ease travel stress. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personally, if I know that I want to go on a trip I conduct a little research before even booking the flight or gassing up my car. It is very helpful to know exactly where you are going and what there is to do there. Looking at dining prices and options would be beneficial for knowing how much money to bring along for just food purchases. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After figuring out where you intend to stay, eat, and go to, then the real fun begins. The hunt for bargains!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some tips I practice:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Use discount sites for hotels and activities <\/strong>such as https:\/\/www.groupon.com\/<\/a> or https:\/\/www.kayak.com\/<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Bring your own food along. <\/strong>It is much cheaper to make your own meals than eating out every night. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Look for coupon or discount books <\/strong>at the destination you are going to. You even could go on https:\/\/www.ebay.com\/<\/a> and look up coupons or show tickets that other travelers never used. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Look for free and local things to do. <\/strong>Going to parks, events, concerts, flea markets, and museums are my favorite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Bring a water bottle with!<\/strong> I know this might sound obvious but more often than not I find myself buying expensive drinks at place I could have brought my own drinks to. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
