My name is Tyler Job, undergraduate student at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. I am currently in my senior year and have a journalism major with a broadcast/print/web emphasis, as well as a minor in communications. One of my classes includes my internship with WISN 12 in Milwaukee. I currently work two jobs on-campus in addition to my education. I am in my first semester as Sports Editor for our campus newspaper, the Royal Purple. I’ve been working for the RP since my sophomore year and remained a staff reporter my first two years before being promoted to Sports Editor. I am also a sports broadcaster for our campus TV station, UWWTV. This fall I’m calling UW-Whitewater football games, something only the most experienced broadcasters get the privilege of doing. I started working with UWWTV last fall and have plenty of game-calling experience in basketball and softball. I plan graduating next May with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and hope to get a job related to my field very soon after that.
