We went to Mankato, Minnesota. Talk about having a long time to travel. The trip took us five hours to get there and back. The good thing is we all like one another on the team and I tell you that really makes the difference. Sometimes, when teammates spend a lot of time together they can get kind of crabby. And, through the whole entire trip we’ve slept, ate, cried in the cold and went shopping! (Not something we usually do but…) Last year we had a girls trip and the travel was fine but we did not do well as competitors. This time we took 3rd overall as a team. Here is the recap from our head coach Jim Disrude:

The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Forensics team took third-place out of twenty teams at the Vocal Viking, Oct. 27th-28th in Mankato, Minnesota.
