There are many different strokes to use when hitting a ball in tennis. I will go over the two main ones used in a game. First off, there is a forehand. This is a hit using the players dominant arm and hand.

Serving is very important in tennis, it is the hit that starts a point. When a player serves, they aim for the box opposite of where they are standing. They want to make it inside of the service box while not hitting the net.

In tennis, there are given boundaries. There is a net in the middle of the court with two sides for players to be on. Within the boundaries, there two types of game plays you can play.
