All you need to do is heat them up in the microwave for a minute or so and they\u2019re ready to go. What I enjoy most about these is that they are easy to make and delicious. I typically enjoy making them on Sundays so that I am prepared all week for breakfast!<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 eggs<\/li>\n<li>\u2153 cup milk<\/li>\n<li>\u2153 cup shredded Jalape\u00f1o Havarti cheese<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp cilantro<\/li>\n<li>16 oz ground sausage, browned and drained<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>INSTRUCTIONS<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<\/li>\n<li>Spray a muffin tin thoroughly with nonstick spray.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl combine milk and eggs, whisk until blended.<\/li>\n<li>Add cilantro, sausage and cheese, mix.<\/li>\n<li>Spoon mixture into muffin tin, top with additional cheese if desired.<\/li>\n<li>Bake 30-35 minutes until golden.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Breakfast muffins are the key to a quick on-the-go meal!
