Carsen Reda is a student at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, majoring in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor focus in Electronic Media. As she is passionate about the evolution of the relationship between communication and technology, Reda created “Shaping Communication” as a space to continue to research and explore the connection between the two.
