Outcomes of journal entries revealed steps students took in learning to see through the eyes of individuals different from themselves.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">After we read the article we contemplated and discussed what &#8220;voice&#8221; did we want to understand at a deeper level.
