In this time period I have demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership by helping the program grow dramatically (e.g. the number of majors increased from 30 to 150), revamped the program from a production management focus to a supply chain orientation, and developed links with industry associations (ISM\/APICS) in the Racine\/Kenosha, Milwaukee, Rockford\/Chicago and Janesville areas.
