Teacher – Student Roles: I practice what I preach. To gain an appreciation on the value of operations and Kaizen, I will adopt some these approaches to the way I teach and interact with students. I hope to encourage you to emulate such behavior and grow. You will find that I am dedicated and sincere in my effort. I hope you will be able to put a similar effort and really learn. In addition, if you have any concerns\/ideas – please come by my office and see how we can make the class better.<\/p>\n
