I hope your week is going good and everyone is staying warm. I know after thanksgiving we are feeling a little, &#8220;fluffy&#8221;, which is why  I decided to post a full-body workout. I did a full-body workout after thanksgiving because of all the good food I ate. Not only is a full-body is good after thanksgiving but this workout will make you feel good. It is always a good feeling to finish a good workout, I think having a good workout creates a better day and a positive mindset for the rest of the day. I know when I finish a good workout I feel motivated for the remainder of the day.  I hope you guys feel the same when you do this workout! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This workout you can do at home or at the gym! NO equipment is needed for this workout, instead, you are just using your body weight.
