I am posted a stretching workout\/ mediation. I am posting this video because there are many benefits to stretching and meditation. The benefits of stretching are: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">Improves your posture. <\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">Helps to heal and prevent back pain.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">Is great for stress relief. <\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">Can calm your mind.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-pale-pink-color\">This video is only 10 minutes and you can do this at home or in the gym! I know sometimes I can feel overwhelmed or my muscles are sore from a workout. A good way to help your muscles be less sore is stretching! If your feeling stressed meditation is amazing to do. Mediation helps calms the mind. I know many people can&#8217;t sit for a long period of time, I am that way. Allow yourself at least 3-5 minutes to sit and meditate! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-pale-pink-color\">I hope you guys enjoy this video!
