Are you wondering what happens during homecoming at the University of Whitewater? There are multiple things to look forward to for this annual tradition. Homecoming officially begins on the nineteenth and ends on the twenty-fifth of October. There will also be a key event held every evening during the week. The events will include a study night, games, bingo, a talent show, a bonfire, and the famous parade. Elizabeth Garthwaite is the program specialist for events at the university, and she discusses how she oversees the homecoming committee. A few of Whitewater’s student government members shared how they are gearing up for it as well. They were able to fill me in on how they plan to prepare their student organizations for the week ahead.
