I love to make cauliflower wings at home because who doesn’t love wings?! I love this recipe because it is delicious and fills my wing craving without all the calories!!

The ingredients you will need for this recipe is flour, cauliflower, panko bread crumbs, 2 eggs, and the sauce you want to cover your wings in!! I usually like buffalo since it is the healthiest, but sometimes I also like to do BBQ!!!

This recipe is easy to make! Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. I start by whisking the eggs so they are all mixed up. Have the eggs, flour, and bread crumbs all in separate bowls! Cut the cauliflower in small pieces about the size of a normal boneless wing! Then take the cauliflower and coat it in the flour, then after the flour, you coat it in the egg! Once the cauliflower is covered in egg, the last step is to coat it in the breadcrumbs! Spray a pan and throw the coated cauliflower on the pan and bake for about 25 minutes!

After the cauliflowers have baked for 25 minutes, take them out and coat them in whatever sauce you want on your cauli wings! Bake for another 15 minutes and they should be good to go! This is a recipe that I love, so I hope you guys enjoy it too!!! I also usually bake some potatoes to go along with the wings! Also very simple to make!! Enjoy!!!

If you enjoyed my guest blog post last week, check out Luke Willkom’s blog with this link http://blogs.uww.edu/lukewillkomm/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=habitual%20living

This week I want to share with you guys another recipe that I love to make that is super easy and a healthier option!
