On this week’s blog I will be talking about how to love yourself. I am not one to have this down pat and to be honest I don’t think anyone in this world will actually love themselves truly and fully. Even the most “confident” people who PREACH about self love will never love everything about themselves even if they say they do. But, there is always somewhere to start to learn more about your true self and how to learn to love your beliefs and morals. There are so many things you can do to better yourself and learn to love yourself more. To start off, rest. Resting and taking “me time” is so important to bettering yourself. This allows you to take time for yourself, relax your mind, and rewind for yourself. Next is lifestyle changes. To be better and healthier I swear by lifestyle changes. Getting into a routine and physically changing your life is so important. Not just getting on a diet and changing for a couple weeks and months will not help you change your physique and mind. But doing lifestyle changes like food changes, routines, thinking, or different habits will change yourself and help you realize who you truly are. I am not saying you won’t have bad days but lifestyle changes really help boost yourself and feel good about yourself. Like I kind of said before I really believe in routines. This is something that has really helped me with feeling better about myself. Waking up and going to bed early is where I start and then carry on in a routine everyday. And lastly self awareness. Realizing what your flaws are and trying to better yourself through that is also somewhere where to start. It is okay to have flaws but self awareness and trying self reflection is so important.

Self love; rest and love yourself for who you are <3

Weekly Shoutout: Danielle Carolan.
