(Brazil, Russia, India, China)\u201d and will help you learn about these emerging economies and how they are affecting world power relations. All lectures in this series are free, open to the public, and take place on Mondays at 3 p.m. in Fellowship Hall of the Fairhaven Retirement Community (435 West Starin Road, Whitewater). Faculty from all across campus are delivering these interesting talks! If you can\u2019t attend in person, eventually the podcasts are available online (from the web page linked above).<\/p>\n<p>The series kicks off on <strong>Jan. 30<\/strong> with &#8220;<strong>A snapshot of India and China today<\/strong>&#8221; delivered by Choton Basu, Associate Professor of Information Technology and Business Education.<\/p>\n<ul>\nThe rest of the series is:<\/p>\n<li>Feb. 6: <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/BRIC\" title=\"BRIC in Wikipedia\" target=\"_blank\">BRIC<\/a> or BRICS?
