The W3 web site contains a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.w3wellness.org\/images\/stories\/Community_Challenge_Week_Flyer_Final.pdf\">Challenge Week flyer<\/a> listing possible activities. You can find W3 on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/W3-Working-for-Whitewaters-Wellness\/109311989129685\">Facebook<\/a> too.<\/p>\n<p>W3 &#8220;seeks to promote physical, mental, spiritual and social wellness within the context of connecting with one\u2019s community by individual and community attention to eating wisely, activity, purpose and social connection.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.uww.edu\/images\/library\/blog\/drin.jpg\" alt=\"image of The Doctor Is In book\" class=\"alignright\" \/>Andersen Library has materials that support wellness-seekers. For example, searching the <a href=\"http:\/\/wtwlib.wisconsin.edu\/vwebv\/searchBasic\">HALCat<\/a> library catalog will find materials such as <em>Personal health interactive integrator online<\/em>, &#8220;A CD-ROM intended to educate students in health and wellness. The first section contains the Wellness clinic in which students can track their physical and mental fitness throughout a semester.
